Ben Miller and Jeff Prystowsky met each other during their college years when they were both deejays of the Graveyard Shift (02:00-04:30) on the university radio station. During these nights Miller and Prystowsky exchanged ideas about music and they soon found out they shared a passion for old Americana and folk music. After finishing their studies they decided to start a career in music themselves and together they established The Low Anthem. With the second album What The Crow Brings the band already earned some success. When number one-fan and multi-instrumentalist Jocie Adams joined the band, all pieces fell into place. On the new album Oh My God, Charlie Darwin you can hear a more varied and balanced sound. If you enjoy Fleet Foxes: don't miss this!
